Return your item (NON-DAMAGED)

We will accept returns of any merchandise within 30 days of shipment in original, unopened condition.

 All returns must contact handcraftzone.com@gmail.com with a request for return authorization. The customer is responsible for return shipping on non-damaged goods and a 10% restocking fee.

Returns over $200 please contact our email for further instructions as these orders require higher restocking fees. Returns over $200 can only be refunded as store credit.

Please include your order number and/or your invoice with your return to speed up the exchange or refund. Orders without indication of an order number may be delayed due to the need to confirm the order number with the customer before processing.

 

 

If your package...

 

...Has not arrived

It is common to have your tracking status marked as "delivered" before the package itself shows up. Please give it a few working days.

Packages that are marked as delivered by your country's postal services are deemed as final delivery. We will not be able to compensate for any packages which are marked as delivered. The postal services have advised checking the following: 

  • Check with your neighbours
  • Under/inside a carport
  • Inside a sheltered front veranda or porch
  • Behind sheltered fixed/solid structures (i.e. plant pots)
  • Behind flyscreen door
  • Inside a meter/fuse box
  • If a business: with reception, mailroom, other staff etc.

 

We ship all our orders with a full tracking service. Therefore the chances of lost packages are rare.

We cannot provide refunds if the product cannot be returned to us. In case of a lost package, please contact the carrier.

 

Some countries will require a signature to accept the package. If no one is home to receive the package, the mailman should deposit a failed delivery note at your doorstep or mailbox. Please follow the instructions on the note to collect or arrange a re-delivery.

 

...Is the wrong item

Please snap a photo of the wrong items and send it with your order number to customer service. 

 ...Is missing an item

Please contact us with your order number.

 

...Is damaged

To be eligible for a replacement or refund for a damaged item, you need to contact us within 14 days of receiving the item with photo proofs of defective or damaged items.

We cannot be liable for any mishandling of the product(s) and usage. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Handcraft Zone reserves the right to determine whether a product is classified as defective. The decision is then final.

 

 

 

If your order is returned due to:

  •  Wrong address
  •  Refusal to pay customs fees
  •  Refusal to accept the order
  •  No one to receive the package

You will be refunded as store credits the total amount of the order, minus the shipping.

If you would like us to resend the order, you will need to pay for the postage fees again.

 

We will note refund credits for products seized by custom/border services.

 

If the cost to return the product to us is larger than the refund due, we will instruct the carrier to abandon the order, and there will be no credit for the order. 

 

 

Other things to note:

 

 

 No refunds for pre-order items. All pre-orders items are reserved. Once the order is placed, we cannot cancel and reverse the transaction.

 

Coupons are to be applied upon checkout only. No adding the coupon after the submission of the order.

 

 

 

The prices on our website do not include any taxes for any specific country. We cannot be liable for your country's customs and import taxes. Please kindly note that customs duty is part of the destination country's law and regulations.

Unfortunately, we have no control over the process or additional charges associated with the importation of your order into your country. Please be sure to contact your customs for your country's customs clearance policy.
